Bangkok also called “the city of angels” is the capital of Thailand. It is a city of huge size but also one of the most fascinating metropolises of the East. It is a town where modern skyscrapers and vast shopping centers are opposed to the temples of a rare beauty.

There are many nice tours of the city and the temples for a visit to China Town, famous for its gold sales and divided by sectors and districts. A must to see is the Wat Po, one of the most important Buddhist temples in Thailand. Here you can find the the Reclining Buddha, Thailand’s largest Buddha.

Thailand is a country where the cost of living is very convenient. There are many luxury hotels that overlook along the Chao Praya River, which crosses the city.

If your holiday destination is Thailand you can spend a few days in accommodation such as a villa. Thailand is very well known for its joyful atmosphere with events like the famous Full Moon Party in Koh Phangan, which attracts thousands of people just during the Christmas season.

Koh Samui would be a great location to spend Christmas and New Year in Thailand.  For couple, families and for those who want to make new friends this  is definitely the best time to go.
