Elba is an island 10 miles off the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea, in the Tuscan archipelago. The island is characterized by a favourable climate, attracting a large flow of tourists, especially in the Summer.

To ensure the island’s population increases by one third during the summer are the many and beautiful beaches that surround it. The special feature of these beaches is that they very often differ. In fact you can find yourselves either faced with white sandy beaches, or others made of pebbles and even black sand or granite.


The coast of the island extends for slightly less than 150 kilometres
and there are numerous beaches, often with free access, able to meet the needs of tourists. Some of the most famous beaches are Marina di Campo, Fetovaia, Sant’Andrea – all white sand or granite or even gravel ones, like Procchio, Biodola or Lacona.

In addition to the sea lovers out there, that will find in the fantastic beaches of the island everything they need, Elba also has valuable artistic and cultural treasures. Roman settlements and Spanish have left numerous monuments, like the Tower of St. John’s Field, several Romanesque churches or the sanctuary of Montserrat.
