Travels Guide Shetland Islands

Located between Norway and Scotland, where they belong, the Shetland Islands are located in the heart of the North Sea, contributing to split from the Atlantic Ocean. Few are the inhabited islands, the largest is Mainland. Several archaeological sites and natural make the islands very attractive for tourists. In particular are the Internal Muness Castle, and the archaeological sites of Jarlshof and Old Scatness.
